DA JOW is a liniment that reduces
inflammation and has a cooling effect on the body. It
facilitates healing of bruises, wounds, sores, and burns.
Use before and after workouts.
DIT DA JOW
Applications:
- Use Dit Da Jow before workouts. Apply Dit Da Jow to
body especially parts of body which will receive physical
contacts. Apply-allow to dry. Repeat this 2 more times
for better results.
- Use Dit Da Jow after workouts. Apply Dit Da Jow to
body especially to parts of body which have received
strikes, kicks, or strains. Apply Dit Da Jow liberally
onto affected areas, stroking towards the heart. Apply
and allow to dry. Apply 3 or more times to more injuried
area. (Always seek a physicians care if you have been
seriously injured!)
- Dit Da Jow will work most effectively if applied
within 20 minutes of injury. It will still be effective
at any time of application more so than if not utilized.
Dit Da Jow works best when applied a soon as possible and
applied as consistently as possible. Sometimes the
positive effects of Dit Da Jow and Sen Jow will be
perceived in minutes to a few hours to the next day.
- For increased penetration work the affected muscle or
joint with moist heat, then Dit Da Jow and then Sen Jow.
Stoke products towards the heart with moderate to heavy
presure if possible.

The white petrolatum base allows for controlled
absorption - a little goes a long way. Once you've applied
it to an area you do not need to repeat the application
during your workout. As you begin to work out, more Sen Jow
will be absorbed and will penetrate deeper into the muscle,
increasing circulation and helping prevent muscle tightness
and cramping.
AFTER THE WORKOUT:
The same therapeutic effects that make Sen Jow a
great warm up balm, also make it perfect for after
workouts.
MUSCLE STRAIN AND INJURY
Using both Sen Jow and Dit Da Jow together has a
synergistic effect that is highly effective when applied to
sore muscles and joints. Both can be applied before and
after workouts.
Apply Dit Da Jow first. Apply, massaging towards heart
when possible. After absorption (10 - 15 seconds) apply two
(2) more times. This is one application. Apply Sen Jow.
Repeat application process as needed.
